Ryan Skelton, CEO, Owner, Founder
Before leading SCC Roofing, Ryan spent 13 years in the United States Army, learning what it means to protect, to serve, and to lead with purpose. Those same core values shaped SCC Roofing into a company built on accountability and excellence.
Ryan is the visionary who never settles for good enough, the leader who rolls up his sleeves, and the man who stands behind every roof we install. When it comes to the homes that protect the people you love, second best is not an option.
Ashley Sherlin, COO, Co Owner, Co Founder
Ashley believes homeowners deserve confidence, not confusion, when it comes to protecting their biggest investment. With a passion for leadership and a talent for bringing order to chaos, she ensures every department at SCC Roofing works together with alignment and integrity.
She is the one who keeps the operation running with precision, heart, and fire. Her team knows her as the person who turns big ideas into real results and never settles for less than excellence.
Karina Caglayan, Office Administrator
Karina is the friendly and organized force behind the scenes who keeps everything at SCC Roofing running smoothly. From coordinating paperwork to supporting homeowners and the team, she makes sure every detail is handled with care.
As Ashley’s younger sister, Karina helps make SCCR a true family business. Her daughter Ivory is also a beloved little helper around the office, bringing extra joy to everyone’s day.
